We offer a 14-day return policy for our diffusers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure the diffuser is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us on our phone number or email. Once we receive and inspect the returned diffuser, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference. 

Please note that shipping costs for the return may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
